4E Road Safety and Transport Consultants was commissioned to undertake independent six-monthly audits of the Road Service Patrol (RSP) and Towing Service across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra, assessing contractual compliance and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). The audits required a structured, consistent methodology to fairly evaluate a large and operationally complex highway incident management service, with 4E reviewing compliance across all three geographic areas, identifying issues affecting service delivery, and preparing recommendations to address deficiencies and improve effectiveness and efficiency, compiling findings into audit reports for the client. The programme delivered a regular, evidence-based assessment of contractual compliance and operational performance, supporting the client in addressing service delivery issues and maintaining the standards required for effective highway incident management, and demonstrates 4E’s capability in conducting independent service audits with a consistent, rigorous methodology over extended engagement periods.
